Losing pounds with exercise and portion control

Recently I got a an interesting newsletter from Michael Kramarczyk owner of the blog Life is Crap. In that e-mail he share with me how we was able to lose 50 pounds and additionally able to keep them away. Thanks Michael for sharing

such great ideas. He says:
Hey good luck with the diet. I lost by 50 pounds last year and have managed to keep it off. The trick in my opinion is exercise and portion control.
