Eating 1,000 Calories or Less Can invent You Gain Weight!
Did you know that limiting your calories severely, such as 1,000 calories a day or less, can actually form your body put weight on? It’s true! Although, there are of course cases where humans do drop significant weight doing that, but in the short term, cutting your calories that significantly actually backfires on you whether your goal is to lose body weight by doing it. How could the be, I mean 1,000 calories a day is basically like eating for a bird, right!
Well, as you may or may not be aware, your body has many survival mechanisms against starvation, and when you suddenly limit your caloric intake that severely, your body reacts by trying to hang on to and store those calories and fat stores that you already have, all that much more voraciously. that is considering that is your body’s instinctual self preservation mode that kicks in and helps your body to maintain what it already has so that it can continue to live off of the same body fat for a longer period of instance.
The body really is truly an amazing survival mechanism whether you think about it! We all know that 1,000 calories a day is extremely hard to maintain, and you cannot operate on that little bit of calories, neither mentally or physically, without suffering consequences. that is why humans who have severe eating disorders have a hard instance concentrating and focusing, and often times have damaged organs – particularly the heart. Your body was meant to have decent nourishment, or fuel, in the design of food and liquids, to sustain it to do all of the functions that it needs to in one day.
When you think of all the functions your body performs in just one day, it’s positively mind boggling at what a perfect machine it is, and it becomes more clear that we really must put the right kinds of “fuel” into our bodies whether we are to have any hope of them running smoothly up until we end up exiting that world. Kinda sounds like a car, eh? It’s true though. whether you want your body to run right, you really have to be willing to put the many times more expensive “high octane” stuff in that gives your body the additional kick that it needs to get you through the day, and to do it the right way.

Does Chocolate Cause Depression, or Do Depressed humans Just Like It a Lot?
It seems like all these causal studies beg the question, is it the cart before the horse, or the horse before the cart? What I mean by that is, does the object that they say “causes” something in the human body or mind actually cause it, or are folks who are drawn to the object just using it as a crutch or self medication considering it makes them feel better, albeit temporarily.
Chocolate is one of my favorite foods. I’m not unlike millions of other women who feel the need to reach for their favorite velvety chocolate treat when they are either PMS’ing or are having troubles ranging from romantic to on the job issues. Chocolate sometimes really does “invent it all better”. It’s been shown in some studies to release feel good chemicals into the blood stream, which helps to explain why some find chocolate so dang addictive. Myself included.
Chocolate, or the cocoa bean, is not in itself poor for you. It’s the fattening milk and sugar that is added to the cocoa bean to manufacture it into what we know as pure bliss chocolate bars, pecan turtles and truffles that makes it poor for us, and makes it stick to our thighs. There are actually health benefits to dark chocolate. It’s rich in antioxidants and benefits the heart, but even that should only be eaten in moderation considering of the sugar and fat subject matter, and oh yeah, that little thing called calorie density.
Now, some research is pointing to the theory that depression and chocolate consumption may be related. Why? considering they found that those that ate chocolate more experienced feeling depressed substantially more than those who did not consume much chocolate or didn’t really like it at all (this is a totally foreign concept to me).
The thing is, it’s not clear whether depressed public just look for that instant pick me up that chocolate gives, and are using it to “self medicate”, or whether consuming the chocolate actually lends itself biochemically to imbalances in the human brain that contribute to depression, anxiety, etc. I know that when I put a piece of luscious chocolate in my mouth, it seems to solve my problems.
However, whether I’m not careful and I by indulge, which it’s easy to do with chocolate, let’s face it, thereupon I actually feel worse in the next hour or so after the sugar crash. possibly that is the depression they’re referring to

How Do You Feel About Regulating the American Diet?
I noticed that I’m seeing more and more in the news about the government and it’s various departments and legally extended arms, reaching out and trying to regulate various aspects of the American diet. I’m not certain whether, with the increasing awareness of the health care problems in that country, the government is wanting to Big Brother us more on our diets considering it is causing severe taxing of the health care system since so many health issues are diet and weight related, or whether it’s just an increasing movement to help manufacture American healthier.
I personally think that it’s a little of both. I think that the agenda is really to help lower our exorbitant health care costs so that we can help assemble that Obama healthcare thing work better and be more efficient. However, I do have to confess that it raises my hackles thinking that the government may be able to some day tell me how much salt I can consume in my diet, or how much sugar, or fat for that matter.
This whole movement really started with cities requiring restaurants to put the calorie counts of their dishes and offerings on the menus in conspicuous locations. New York City was one of the first, and several other metropolitan areas followed suit. Heck, some restaurant chains even instituted that on their own. Perhaps to look like they were part of the solution and not the problem or perhaps part of a pre-emptive strike for new laws that might require it anyways.
It think that there are arguments both ways about where that whole food regulation thing is going. I think that the menu item calorie listing thing is a great benefit to consumers. What harm is there in showing citizens the calories in items, as they can still build up their own mind about eating that item?
However, where I think it gets a little sticky is where the government may start regulating how much salt can be added to foods. that is a direct control by what we are eating, and could be construed as a loss of basic inalienable rights. certain, that right may be to screw up our bodies and run them into the ground. But you get what I’m saying here.
You could argue that reducing sodium in foods and processed foods could be a good thing plus though, considering we have built up such a taste for salty foods that gradually reducing the salt may assemble us re-adjust our old tastes, and help us to start naturally desiring lower sodium foods. Still, the anti establishment part of my conscience is saying that that should still be up to the individual and not the government. It’s nearly starting to remind me of a utopian/big brother society type of thing like Aldus Huxley’s courageous New World – no?

Types of Natural Appetite Suppressants Today
In the past two decades, folks have become obsessed with losing weight and reducing their hunger through various artificial (and natural) means. Countless diets, gimmicks and weight loss strategies which existed in the past and remained on the market cost millions of dollars every month.
People have gone to extreme measures, just to have a nice look, such as liposuction and starvation diets to take off their excess weight. Oftentimes, when folks diet and lose weight, the only thing that happens is just gaining the weight back.
It is well known that one of the options that humans take is the ingestion of different appetite suppressants. The logic behind that is whether one takes an appetite suppressant it will not feel hungry for a positive day, and in that way, whether there is no starvation, the women/man will ingest less food and it will lose weight.
Appetite suppressants are the most wanted medications for losing weight and I am not very surprised considering the obesity is a condition that needs treatment. For that reason, the citizens who are on a diet for a lengthy instance feel tired and do not have the due level of hemoglobin.

As I mentioned before, the top five natural appetite suppressants on the market today are: water, vegetables, apples, green tea and guarana. Try these natural suppressants which will improve your blood circulation and construct you feel healthier.
