More LA Weight Loss Centers Closing in Texas

An individual employed at a Texas LA Weight Loss Center has informed me the offices in Austin, Corpus Christi, and the Victoria LA Weightloss Centers are closing. The employees have been instructed not to tell customers the offices are closing but to tell them they are shortenig their times of being open.

This employee along with a few of her coworkers, are saddened by these tactics. She emphazised how much these employees really care about their clients. She wants the readers to know, there really are lots of good, caring counselors.

She wants humans to know the truth about these LA Weight Loss Centers.

Thank you for sharing that knowledge. I know it will help many public.

To the clients: Although your weight loss facility perhaps closing, stay focused and continue on your weight loss journey. Take what you have learned and stay on track. YOU WILL SUCCEED!!!!!!!…….one pound at a day.

Has Chemical Overload Got You Tired And Sick? Could The Solution Be In The Plants, Flowers and Trees?

Since the beginning of our creation, the plants, flowers and trees have been with us. Even at our most primitive, we relied on them for their profound healing abilities. What has changed? Mostly, our lack of personal relationship with them. Our highly technical, over busy, media-drenched lives have us relying on quick fixes with artificial chemicals and antibiotic super bugs. This unnatural reliance combined with the unhealthy air and highly processed foods are all resulting in far less than vibrant health.

So, naturally, we search for what we intuitively feel is missing! Could it be in the plants, flowers and trees? Could the solution be in the natural world around us, which has nurtured and sustained us throughout our evolution?

YES!!

After falling very ill in 1994, just walking down the detergent isle in the supermarket became a nightmare. Perfume sections and artificially scented candle isles, forget it! Confusion, severe debilitating pain, shortness of breath, nausea, headaches, and fatigue beyond belief became my constant companions. Searching for the cause and answers, my Dr. and several specialists put me through a battery of tests resulting in diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Mayo Facial Pain Syndrome, and Multi Chemical Sensitivities. I was so ill that I was pronounced permanently disabled and receive disability from my home in Canada.

My traditional doctor’s were unable to help me beyond giving me a prescription for a “Natural” substance to help me sleep. Their other “solutions” degraded my health further, rather than resolving any of my problems. Reading what Dr. Jean Valnet wrote, “Essential oils are especially valuable as antiseptics because their aggression towards microbial germ is matched by their total harmlessness to tissue—one of the chief defects of chemical antiseptics is that they are likely to be as harmful to the cells of the organism as to the cause of the disease.”(Dr Jean Valnet, 1980), I began to think that; maybe, my body’s ‘sensitivity’ was a reflection of my body’s inherent wisdom, rather than a reflection of its weakness.

Searching for some help and relief, I found an herbalist, who has been of great help to me. Still, pain was my constant companion. Unable to take any over-the-counter pain medication, let alone prescriptions, due to my chemical sensitivities, I tried essential oils. I had some minor success with headaches relief, until I tried Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils. And FINALLY, I found products that are giving me profound relief, without triggering my body’s sensitivities to un-natural chemicals! No additives or fillers, just the pure, therapeutic-grade, essential oil of the plants, flowers and trees.

This company uses impeccable extraction methods. They help with exhaustive and ongoing research with top experts in the field of Essential Oil therapeutic uses! All of this knowledge, care and sensitivity have produced the largest variety of therapeutic-grade essential oils in the world. What a resource me, people like me and for human kind in general!

The more I learn about and use these oils, the more relief I am finding. The ‘side effects’ of the pain relief include increased energy and better quality sleep.

“Essential oils are 50 times more powerful than herbs.” (Dr. Gary Young N.D.).

“European scientists have studied the ability of essential oils to work as natural chelators, binding with heavy metals and petrochemicals and ferrying them out of the body” (Essential Oil Desk Reference, Compiled by Essential Science Publishing).

I have also seen some profound benefits for family and friends.

“While helping friends with house construction, I was suffering from a very debilitating sinus headache. My friend had me use her Myrtle oil on my forehead, temples, under my nose and the sinus sites on the back of my head. I went back to work and within 15 – 20 minutes I happily realized that I was working as hard as ever and the headache and pressure was completely gone.” Char N.

“While helping friends, wash windows in their newly built house, my roommate and I were concerned about our arms being very sore since we both suffer from severe tendonitis. By the end of the day, both of our arms had started to hurt and ache. Since I had just purchased Idaho Balsam Fir oil I suggested that we apply some. We did that and the next morning we had NO discomfort what so ever. We even decided to continue to wash windows the next day for a couple more hours. Again we applied the Idaho Balsam Fir on our arms and again did not suffer any discomfort.”

Sandra R.

The opportunities for profound health benefits are almost endless. What would your life look like if you benefited like I did? I have had PROFOUND pain relief, a renewed sense of emotional well being, VIBRANT health and increased ENERGY.

The more I learn about the frightening effects of our overly artificial lifestyles, the more I realize each of us must take personal responsibility for our health. We must learn all we can and use our great intelligence, make informed choices, take care of our bodies with integrity, and question the effects of everything we take in through our mouth, skin, mind and breath.

Discover these organic products that are produced with the greatest of integrity, and meticulous attention to quality.

I am very excited to open the door through which you can gain greater health, vitality and relief. Learn more about therapeutic-grade essential oils with a FREE report at www.vibrantoils.com Join the journey of discovery that has made such a difference to me!

Good People — Bad Food Are you headed for ?Nutrition Bankruptcy??

Atlanta, GA July 29, 2004 — We live in an age of convenience, where fast food and instant gratification are glamorized through the overload of junk food marketing. Technology has made us sedentary, increased work schedules have made the desire for ?convenient foods? irresistible and our food portions have become supersized. These things, coupled with the fact that consumers are confused by misleading and conflicting nutritional information, are making the American public sick to death, literally. We?re in a pickle, as they say.

Here is a list of the leading food categories that are contributing to the high rate of chronic diseases in our society. Take the test. See how many of these foods you eat in a single week, or worse, in a single day. If your diet consists of most of these foods, you might be heading for nutritional bankruptcy!

Full-fat meats: are high in saturated fats and calories, and some are high in nitrates. Examples include: prime rib, bacon, deli meats, hot dogs, and regular ground beef.

Full-fat dairy products: are high in saturated fats and calories. Examples include: ?whole? milk, yogurt, cheese, cream cheese, and ice cream.

Unhealthy oils: are hydrogenated and contain trans fats. Examples include: lard, palm oil, coconut oil, margarine, and vegetable shortening.

Fast foods: are high in saturated fats, trans fats, and calories. Examples (like you need any) include: double cheeseburgers, burgers with sauces and high-fat dressings, hot dogs, French fries, and onion rings.

Commercially baked goods: are high in processed white flour, trans fats, and refined sugars. Examples include: donuts, pastries, pies, and cakes.

Packaged snacks: many of them are made with partially hydrogenated oils (trans fats), olestra, artificial additives, high sodium, and refined sugars. Examples include: potato chips, crackers, cookies, and breakfast foods (i.e., cereals, breakfast bars, and toaster pastries).

Sugary beverages: contain artificial dyes, refined sugar, and corn syrup. Examples include: sodas, punches, and fruit drinks.

More LA Weight Loss Centers Closing in Tennessee

I have received an e mail from an employee at a Tennessee LA Weight Loss Center in regards to centers closing in her area shortly. whether you are a member of one of the centers in Memphis, Germantown or Bartlett TN, you need to get a refund. At least attempt to get your money back. They are closing in a matter of weeks.

She states Germantown and Memphis LA Weightloss Centers are still running commercials to sign public up, knowing they are closing in a few weeks. She states that whether you are presently a member, you should already notice that all the counselors are gone. They got rid of everyone of them considering they didn’t want them to tell any of the clients the Centers were closing.

They are still continuing to enroll public for their year expanded program.

I want to thank the person for sending that data. I’m know that data will be helpful to many readers. It will keep unsuspecting humans from signing up and perhaps help others attempt to get a refund from these LA Weight Loss Centers.

I’d like to propose folks check with their local hospital and see whether or when they will be running a weight loss program. My hospital in Selmer, TN started a weight loss program three weeks ago. It’s a GREAT program and only cost $10 for 8 weeks. It includes the use of 3 different gyms (you pick one), nutrition classes every week and the chance to win cash at the end of the program. The day of the nutrition class, you can plus purchase a healthy meal in the cafeteria for $3.

The gym I chose for my 8 week program (McNairy County Athletic Club) is open 24 hours and has a separate men and women’s side. It plus includes a tanning bed. They are very helpful at the club and will set up an exercise program that fits your level of fitness.

I’m losing weight and having fun doing it on that program. I’ve plus met so many nice citizens. What more could a person as for…..weight loss…..fun…..new friends. Wow…..what a win-win situation.

Five Servings a Day for Weight Loss?

Five servings of fruits and vegetables per day is the recommended daily consumption for a healthy diet.  that amount may sound excessive for someone who’s not accustomed to incorporating fruits and vegetables into their diet regularly.  The five servings don’t have to be consumed all at one mealtime.  You can start at breakfast day with a piece of fresh fruit with your toast or cereal and a glass of fruit or vegetable juice.
At lunchtime, in addition to your sandwich, just pack some raw carrots or celery sticks or another selection of fresh or canned fruit.   At snacktime, in the middle of the afternoon or evening, focus on a fruit or vegetable item.  For your lunchtime, you can add a slice of tomato or two to your sandwich with some lettuce.

Dinnertime can consist of meat or fish for protein, a carbohydrate such as potatoes or pasta and a hot vegetable or a side salad.  By the end of the day, you will have eaten the five recommended servings of fruits and vegetables.

By adding consistently an abundance of fruits and vegetables, you will probably consume less calorie dense foods without officially going on a diet.  You will probably notice a slimmer waistline by date.  Fruits and vegetables have plenty of much needed nutrients for you plus.  The fiber restricted in that food group will keep your digestive tract running smoothly.  that may reduce your risk of colon cancer.

Certain vegetables, particularly the dark leafy types are an excellent source of iron.  Iron is essential for the health of our red blood cells to carry oxygen from our lungs to our body.  Vitamin A is found abundantly in dark orange and  green  vegetables.  Vitamin A is fundamental to our vision, particularly at night and for the health of our skin, the lining of our mouth ,nose and throat and intestines.

Vitamin C is much needed for healing cuts, wounds and burns.  Without adequate vitamin C, we bruise easily and often have bleeding gums.  Vitamin C is found in citrus fruits like oranges and grapefruits and plus in vegetables like brocolli and kale.  Calcium is essential for the health of our bones and teeth.  There is calcium in large amounts in the dark leafy greens such as spinach or kale.

If you are not in the habit of including lots of fruits and veggies in your diet, today is a good moment to start.  You can improve your overall health dramatically by developing that habit early on and carrying it all through your life, making them your “staple”, instead of starches, meats or cheeses.

Staph aureus resists our natural defenses

Scientists at the University of Washington have uncovered how the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus, including the notorious MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staph aureus) superbug strains, resists our body’s natural defenses against infection. The work, which was featured on the cover of the March 21 issue of Science, could lead to new ways to fight the bacteria……..
